A: A TC will manage all the details involved with the closing of a transaction and monitoring the process through interfacing with Real Estate professionals, clients, escrow companies and property management companies , i.e schedule inspections or coordinate paperwork to the proper parties involved. Q: Is There A Setup Fee Or Cancellation Fee?
A: No, we do NOT charge a setup fee. No, we do NOT charge a cancellation fee if escrow falls out.

Q: How Do You Keep The Parties Updated?
A: Constant communication through email and conversation logs and ideally the agents keeps us informed to avoid redundancy.

Q: Do You Have Contact With My Client - Buyer or Seller?
A: It would be most efficient if we can communicate directly with your client, either the buyer or seller. We would continue to keep you informed and CC you on emails that are important correspondence for you. Ultimately, you make that decision.
